Communicando - local news posters
We believe that communication to our large population of people is essential for employee appreciation and is part of making Nilfisk-Advance a desirable place to work.
In our manufacturing facility in Queretaro, Mexico, we have “Communicando” which is a local news letter, published via e-mail and through large printed wall posters in the canteen. “Communicando” highlights and gives praise to local achievements of the month; An example could be to give praise to the team at a production line who have had no quality reports or no days of absence. |
