Hi, we are a family with two small children and a dog. I’m 35 and my husband Martin is 37 years old.
We both work and our week is quite hectic. Martin works in the financial department of an international company. I’m a dentist – dreaming about owning my own clinic when the children are older.
We have just moved into our new house which will be our “castle” for many years to come. It’s situated in a nice suburb of a large city. The house is 200 m2. It’s an old house that has been restored with lots of charm and personality. We really adore our new home and we love to invite friends.
We have a Volvo, and we are looking for our second car. In our spare time, we jog to keep in shape and play tennis with our friends.
We like to cook and have friends over for dinner. And part of our ritual preparation for the dinner party also entails tidying up and vacuum cleaning. |
Why we chose a Nilfisk Extreme
We bought a Nilfisk Extreme vacuum cleaner because we now have more space to clean than before when we lived in an apartment. With kids, their friends and a dog, we have a lot of cleaning to be done. So we were really looking for a vac that we could rely on for many years to come.
We buy quality things and would rather have fewer good things that work and last than lots of rubbish.
We bought the Nilfisk Extreme together, as we considered it a small investment. It is important for both of us that our home is well cleaned and looks nice. Martin especially loves nice designs. We both clean sometimes, so we both have an opinion about the machine. Once a week, our cleaning lady Maria cleans right through. She loves to use our Nilfisk Extreme.

I’m Julie and have two cats. I’m 28 and work for an IT company. I work quite hard but I like my job and have lots of fun with my colleagues. In my spare time I enjoy the metropolitan life of a big city together with friends.
Living in a flat I like the idea of having a nice home, but more importantly, the home must work for me. As the flat is not that big, functionality is very important in all rooms. I have many friends and come from a big family, and they often come by to say hello.
Why I chose a Nilfisk Coupé
I’m not really too fussy about the flat being clean all the time. But I still want a vacuum cleaner that can do the job on a daily basis. It must not be the sort of one that breaks down after a couple of years. Equally, the power cord must be able to still retract after some time. That’s why I have chosen a Nilfisk Coupé It is actually a little less expensive than what I expected and I find that the design of the vac is fresh and fun.
Actually, I did consider whether to buy a bagless vacuum cleaner. But I decided not to because I use the vacuum cleaner to clean up all areas of the flat, including the kitchen – even after my friends and I have been eating pizza, hamburgers and other food. So disposable vacuum cleaner bags are the best solution – I don’t like food remains in the bin.
