Purus Design Award 2007

Nilfisk BA 551 walk-behind scrubber/dryer has won the attractive Purus Design Award 2007 at the CMS(Cleaning-Management-Services) trade fair in Berlin.

The Nilfisk BA 551 has won the Technical Category 1 - Machinery for cleaning and extended infrastructural services - with the following comments from the jury: "A walk-behind scrubber-dryer with clear, uncluttered lines. The entire product line expresses a compactness and evidence of a fundamental approach to design and styling."

The winners of the other three categories are Vermop Salmon - Equipe Cleanjet, Hart Versand Ludwig - Aqua GO, and SCA Hygiene Products - TORK dispenser series.

The winners of the Purus Awards will be honoured on 19 September 2007 during the official reception at the CMS 2007 taking place in the Berlin exhibition halls from 18 to 21 September 2007.

The Purus Award has been organised by Messe Berlin GmbH as part of the CMS since 2005.
