New consumer Power vac offers excellent dust pick-up and is really quiet
Nilfisk, which has been manufacturing vacuum cleaners for 100 years, announces the introduction of a smart, new consumer vac that has a powerful 1800W motor for excellent dust pick-up and a HEPA filter to trap allergens. It is also really quiet.

The impressive performance defies its compact size – making it ideal for people who live in flats or wherever space is a premium. Dust pick-up is an impressive 76%, meaning 6% extra dust is picked up – better than an average vac's 70% or so performance.
The low sound level – 55/71 dB(A) (sound pressure/sound power level) – will not even disturb the most sensitive of neighbours. It is so quiet that a normal conversation can be held while vacuuming is going on. Or you can even listen to music when doing the cleaning. |

The vac is designed by Senior Designer Nadya Arnaout from Designworks/USA, a BMW Group company. The vac’s design has been developed to be functional and aesthetic, and as Nadya Arnaout explains, “only when design and function are united, has my job been successful.” Nilfisk Power is great for vacuuming stairs because of its compact and functional design. |

The functionality is proven – it uses strict guidelines from the Swedish consumer organisation. The durability limits of every mechanical function in all Nilfisk machines are repeated thousands of times to analyse how well vacuum cleaners function on a daily basis. Nilfisk Power is constructed from the strongest materials giving the vacuum cleaner robustness to last and last.
Cleaning is really as easy and as pleasant as it can be. The on-board accessories are a key feature, making the cleaning job convenient and easy. The three accessories are always available when you need them, and they don’t disappear.
The vac has high quality nozzles, a soft handle, click connections between hose, tube and nozzle. This makes it easy to fit things together, and no risk of them coming apart when cleaning.
The wheels have smooth-running castors made of a rubber-like material so they won’t scratch wooden floors. The dust bag is made from fabric material with an easy-to-remove handle that means you avoid contact with dust - great for people with allergies.
The vac has adjustable power that can be set to the specific cleaning task. The power cable is a very lengthy 8m, allowing a large operation radius. It comes on an automatic cable re-winder.
